Introduction to Pottery Throwing | Sunday 6th September

📍 Lighthaus Arts | Stoneleigh Arms Arts Space, Leamington Spa

Come along and discover the joy of the potter's wheel in this relaxed, hands-on three-hour session. Perfect for beginners, you'll be guided step-by-step through the essential techniques of centring clay and throwing your very first pot.

After the session your pots will be professionally bisque fired.  You will have the opportunity to come back and clear glaze your items at an additional cost.

Hosted by Jeanette Sheppard who is an artist and ceramicist, creating small batch pottery and one-off pieces in her garden studio. Her warm and friendly approach will help you to begin to build creative confidence at the wheel.
