By accessing or using our Website, purchasing memberships, or booking workshops, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

1.1. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence.

1.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

1.3. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without express written permission from us.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. All content on this Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, workshop descriptions, and artwork—is the property of Stoneleigh Arms or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

3. Bookings, Workshops & Events

3.1. All workshop and event bookings are subject to availability and are secured only upon full receipt of payment.

3.2. We reserve the right to alter the lineup, schedule, or structure of any workshop or event if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., tutor illness). If a major change occurs, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1. Workshop & Event Tickets

Cancellations by You: Tickets for workshops, masterclasses, and events are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member, provided you notify us via email at least 24 hours before the event starts.
Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that Stoneleigh Arms must cancel a workshop or event (e.g., due to low enrollment or tutor emergency), you will be offered a choice between a full refund or a credit/transfer to a future date.

4.2. Memberships & Subscriptions (Cancellation Policy)

Notice Period: All recurring monthly memberships require at least one full month’s notice to cancel.
The Pay Date Rule: To avoid being charged for the following month, you must submit your cancellation notice before your upcoming monthly Pay Date.
If notice is given after your Pay Date, one final scheduled payment will be collected, and your membership perks will remain active until the end of that final billing cycle.
To cancel a membership, you must manage your subscription through your online member portal or email us directly at info@stoneleigharms.com

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

5.1. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5.2. If a recurring subscription payment fails due to an expired card or insufficient funds, your access to membership spaces and benefits may be temporarily suspended until billing details are updated.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Stoneleigh Arms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products or services purchased through the site.

6.2. When attending physical workshops or utilising the studio spaces, you agree to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the instructors. Stoneleigh Arms is not responsible for personal injury or damage to personal property resulting from negligence or failure to follow studio guidelines.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
