Stoneleigh Arms Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Tiers

These terms and conditions apply to all memberships at Stoneleigh Arms (Lighthaus Arts),
including:

  • Resident Membership
  • Ceramics Membership
  • Artist Membership
  • Friend Membership
  • Patron Membership

By signing up for a membership, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Subscription & Payment

2.1. All memberships are digital subscriptions processed on a recurring monthly basis. 2.2. Your membership begins on the date of purchase and will automatically renew each month on the same calendar day (the "Pay Date"). 2.3. Fees are non-refundable once processed. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that valid payment details are maintained on their account.


3. Cancellation Policy (One Month’s Notice)

3.1. We offer flexible memberships; however, to ensure the sustainability of our creative
community, we require a formal notice period for cancellations. 3.2. Notice Period:
Members must provide at least one full month’s notice to cancel their subscription. 3.3.
The Pay Date Rule: Cancellation notice must be submitted prior to your upcoming Pay Date to avoid the following month's charge.

  • Example: If your Pay Date is the 15th of each month and you wish to cancel, you
    must provide notice by the 14th of the current month. Your membership will then
    remain active until the 14th of the following month, and no further payments will be taken. 3.4. If notice is given after the Pay Date, one final scheduled payment will be collected, and your membership will terminate at the end of that subsequent billing cycle. 3.5. 4. Member Conduct & Access

4.1. Members are expected to treat the space, equipment, and fellow artists with respect.
4.2. Access to specific facilities (e.g., the Ceramics Studio or Resident spaces) is subject to the specific terms of your chosen tier and any health and safety inductions required by
Stoneleigh Arms and will be emailed to you once you have signed up. 4.3. Memberships are individual and non-transferable.

5. Changes to Service

5.1. Stoneleigh Arms reserves the right to amend membership benefits, opening hours, or
pricing with reasonable notice (minimum 30 days) provided to active members via email. 5.2. We reserve the right to terminate a membership immediately if these terms or the code of conduct of the space are breached.

6. Subsidised Places

6.1. If you are accessing a membership through a bursary or subsidised rate, additional
eligibility reviews may be required periodically to maintain that rate.
