How do I cancel my membership?
We offer flexible memberships; however, to ensure the sustainability of our creative community, we require a formal notice period for cancellations.
Notice Period: Members must provide at least one full month’s notice to cancel their subscription.
The Pay Date Rule: Cancellation notice must be submitted prior to your upcoming Pay Date to avoid the following month's charge.
- Example: If your Pay Date is the 15th of each month and you wish to cancel, you must provide notice by the 14th of the current month. Your membership will then remain active until the 14th of the following month, and no further payments will be taken. 3.4. If notice is given after the Pay Date, one final scheduled payment will be collected, and your membership will terminate at the end of that subsequent billing cycle. 3.5.
