Artist Membership - Exhibit, Connect & Develop

For artists, makers and creative practitioners seeking connection, inspiration and opportunities to develop their practice. Join our artist community, share your work and enjoy member benefits wherever you usually create.

Your membership includes:

• An online profile on Stoneleigh Arms website
• A reduced gallery hanging fee of £5 per artwork instead of £10 for Open Exhibitions
• 10% off art materials purchased from our shop
• Three half-day passes each year to use the shared Project Space, booked in advance and subject to availability
• A one-off £25 voucher towards an eligible in-house course when you join, valid for 12 months
• Access to our Artist members’ WhatsApp group for news, opportunities and peer support
• Monthly member meet-ups to share work, exchange ideas and discuss your creative practice, with optional group critique
• Use of Pocket Park for creative work and relaxation
• Invitations to members’ art trips and socials; additional charges may apply

Cancellation Policy: We offer flexible memberships; however, to ensure the sustainability of our creative community, we require a formal notice period for cancellations.

Notice Period: Members must provide at least one full month’s notice to cancel their subscription.

The Pay Date Rule: Cancellation notice must be submitted prior to your upcoming Pay Date to avoid the following month's charge - Example: If your Pay Date is the 15th of each month and you wish to cancel, you must provide notice by the 14th of the current month. Your membership will then remain active until the 14th of the following month, and no further payments will be taken. If notice is given after the Pay Date, one final scheduled payment will be collected, and your membership will terminate at the end of that subsequent billing cycle.
