These drop in sessions are designed to learn the basic skills of drawing while experiencing its amazing therapeutic benefits.
In this session:
Leave worries and daily stressors behind, as we guide you in how to practice drawing as meditation. Take your pencil for a walk, drawing your breath, and drawing to music are all part of the exercises that help clear your head through drawing.
90 minute session, facilitated by Katy Lea
