Peter has lived in the Leamington area all of his life and has a background in engineering and education, blending these careers with painting when time has allowed. Peter now dedicates much of his time to work as concept artist, exploring different genres of painting and creation. Utilising acrylic mediums, Peter’s work varies from portraiture to abstract and much in between. The artworks are given a contemporary touch through technique and framing styles creating an integration of legacy and novelty.
Much of Peter’s work is based on personal experiences and passions, creating a small-group artworks in limited numbers. Peter’s work is often playful and vibrant, developed from initial pencil sketches to finished artworks over days, weeks or months. Inspirations develop from observations of life, in all its forms.
