Sarah brings more than thirty years of experience across the creative industries as an artist, educator, mentor, and creative practitioner.
Her career began at the Royal Shakespeare Company as a prop maker before qualifying as an educator and building an international exhibiting practice alongside teaching Acting at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Throughout her career she has championed creativity as a lifelong journey, encouraging people to experiment, develop confidence, and discover their own creative voice.
At Lighthaus Arts, Sarah leads artist development and professional practice, working closely with studio artists, workshop participants, and emerging creatives. Her mentoring and teaching help artists build sustainable careers while nurturing curiosity, confidence, and ambition.

- BA (hons) Theatre, Rose Bruford College
- PC. Cert Ed, Warwick University
- Over twenty years’ experience lecturing and assessing within the Further and Higher Education sectors
